Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Collect insurance information and processing physician orders with a strong customer service focus.
• Explain and distribute patient education documents and consent forms.
• Review insurance eligibility and support POS and billing processes.
• Explain and obtain signatures for consent forms and ABN distribution as needed.
