• Ability to defuse angry customers and maintain composure under pressure; strong verbal communication and compassionate handling of sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, registration, insurance and payer eligibility management and financial screening.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families and visitors.
• Navigate regulatory requirements across multiple information systems to support operations.
• Resolve patient and operational issues and effectively manage patient financial engagement to support revenue cycle.
