Job summary

The position requires an associate degree with EMT certification highly preferred and at least one year of clinical customer service or administrative experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in customer service/registration/administrative support in a clinical setting.
• EMT certification highly preferred.

• Strong verbal communication to diffuse tense situations.

Responsibilities
