Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• EMT Certification highly preferred.
• Experience in customer service, registration or administrative support in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergent, urgent, transfer and admission access in the Emergency Department.
• Educate, support and help patients manage financial aspects during ED stay.
• Register patients and manage insurance and follow-up scheduling.
• Support ADT transfer functions and work across multiple information systems.
