Guidehouse is seeking a Part Time Patient Access Representative to provide efficient, timely registration services and create a positive impression for patients, families, visitors and staff. You will perform pre-admitting, admitting and registration tasks, routing or escorting patients on-site at Community Memorial Hospital.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–2 years in a medical/clinical/hospital setting or customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years relevant experience in medical/clinical/hospital or customer service settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients efficiently and courteously at pre-admitting and admitting desks.
• Provide patient advocacy and navigation until hand-off to clinical staff.
• Assist with routing or escorting patients, families, or visitors onsite.
