Job summary

Providence is seeking a Patient Admissions Coordinator - OnCall, Onsite to support on-site registration for scheduled and unscheduled visits. You will collect demographics, insurance details, and patient liability, and perform financial clearance for assigned accounts.

Under the PAS supervisor, you will greet patients professionally, document information timely, and ensure regulatory compliance as part of Revenue Cycle Business Services. Teamwork and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration.
• 3 years of experience within Patient Access of Business office setting.
• 3 years of Utilization of medical terminology in job setting.
• 1 year of Knowledge of Epic Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival.
• Collect accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Complete financial clearance for scheduled accounts.
• Greet patients professionally and ensure compliance with regulations.
