• Knowledge in medical billing codes.
• 1 year of Knowledge of Epic Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect demographic and insurance information and patient liability at service time.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts.
• Greet patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
