• Familiarity with Epic Applications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival process.
• Complete financial clearance and collect patient information and liability as applicable.
• Greet patients professionally to ensure a positive encounter.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and document information accurately.
