• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• 1 year of knowledge of Epic Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival process.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information; determine patient liability when known.
• Complete financial clearance functions on assigned accounts.
• Greet and serve patients professionally to promote a positive encounter.
