Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
• 3+ years of experience with TargetX.
• 3+ years of experience with TargetX Communication Planner.
• 3+ years of experience creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email or drip campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting CRM- and campaign-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for TargetX Communication Planner and automated drip campaigns.
• Create, configure, schedule, test, deploy, and maintain new automated email campaigns.
• Collaborate with departments to plan and renew campaigns.
• Build and maintain recipient populations using Salesforce and TargetX data.
• Configure criteria, filters, scheduling, and business rules for campaigns.
• Test campaigns in sandbox and ensure quality before release.
• Diagnose and resolve delivery, audience, and scheduling issues and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Monitor results and assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Perform routine maintenance and archiving of campaigns and templates.
