Job summary

Innosoft Corporation seeks a Salesforce, TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance Salesforce and TargetX environments. Primary focus on automated email drip campaigns and recruitment communications in an onsite role in Columbia, SC.

The candidate will manage TargetX Communication Planner, create and test campaigns, and ensure data-driven communications align with departmental needs while supporting the transition to Slate CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
• 3+ years of experience with TargetX and TargetX Communication Planner.
• 3+ years of experience creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional/technical resource for TargetX Communication Planner and automated drip campaigns.
• Create, configure, schedule, test, deploy, and maintain new email and drip campaigns.
• Build recipient populations and audiences using Salesforce/TargetX data.
• Test campaigns in sandbox and perform QA before release.
• Troubleshoot delivery, scheduling, personalization, and data issues.
