Job summary

DataSoft Technologies seeks a Systems Analyst - Advanced to manage Salesforce and TargetX CRM & Communications, focusing on automated email campaigns for recruitment and engagement. Onsite in Columbia, SC, this contract role requires hands-on expertise with Salesforce, TargetX, and the TargetX Communication Planner.

The role involves configuring, testing, and optimizing campaigns, supporting the Slate CRM transition, and collaborating with IT and business units to ensure reliable communications

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
3+ years of experience with TargetX.
3+ years of experience with TargetX Communication Planner.
3+ years of experience creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email campaigns.
3+ years of experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.

Responsibilities

Manage TargetX Communication Planner and automated drip campaigns.
Create, configure, schedule, test, deploy, and maintain new campaigns; assist with SMS when needed.
Collaborate with departments to plan and renew campaigns based on needs.
Build and maintain recipient populations using Salesforce and TargetX data.
Test campaigns in sandbox and ensure QA before release.
