CornerStone TTS in Columbia, SC is seeking a part-time Salesforce/TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist for an 8-month onsite contract. You'll own TargetX Communication Planner, configure campaigns, build audiences, test and report results, and help move campaigns to Slate CRM. This role requires 3+ years in Salesforce and TargetX, plus a Bachelor's degree.

Schedule is 28 hours per week, 8 AM-2 PM, onsite only, with potential extension. Pay up to $62.50/hr.

Salesforce / TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist - Part-Time 8-Month Onsite Contract - Columbia, SC

CornerStone TTS is looking for a Salesforce and TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist for a South Carolina state agency client.

This is a part-time (28 hrs/week, 8 AM-2 PM), 8-month fully onsite contract in Columbia, SC, with possible extension.

You will own TargetX Communication Planner and automated email/drip campaigns: build audiences, configure criteria and schedules, test, troubleshoot and report on results, and help move campaigns to Slate CRM.

Candidates must be current South Carolina residents; relocation does not qualify.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• 3+ years of experience working with TargetX.
• 3+ years of experience working with TargetX Communication Planner.
• 3+ years of experience creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email or drip campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting CRM- and campaign-related issues, including data, audience, configuration, scheduling, and delivery problems.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting Salesforce and TargetX in a higher education environment.
• Experience supporting admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, student services, advancement, or similar operations.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and other Salesforce automation tools.
• Experience with TargetX forms, events, portals, or other TargetX functionality.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS as they relate to email communications.
• Experience with Salesforce data imports, exports, Data Loader, or similar tools.
• Experience with CRM integrations and third-party applications.
• Experience developing documentation, providing end-user training, or supporting CRM migration and change-management activities.

Location and schedule

• Fully onsite in Columbia, SC 29208 (no remote or hybrid work).
• Schedule: 28 hours per week.
• Candidate must be a current SC resident. No relocation.

Duration and start

• 8-month contract; projected start Mon Nov 9, 2026.
• Interviews: 2 rounds (virtual, then in person).
• Pre-start screening Security screening required.

Pay

• Up to $62.50/hr.
