US Tech Solutions in Columbia, SC is seeking a Salesforce/TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance the organization’s Salesforce and TargetX environment, with a focus on automated email drip campaigns and recruitment communications.

You will work with IT and business units to migrate from Salesforce/TargetX to Slate CRM, configure campaigns, test in sandbox, and ensure accurate delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
• 3+ years with TargetX and TargetX Communication Planner.
• 3+ years creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email campaigns.
• 3+ years working with Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.
• 3+ years troubleshooting CRM- and campaign-related issues.

Responsibilities

• TargetX Communication Planner: manage automation and drip campaigns.
• Serve as primary resource for TargetX and Campaign Planner.
• Create, configure, schedule, test, deploy, and maintain campaigns; assist with SMS as needed.
• Plan and renew campaigns with departments based on recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain recipient populations and audiences using CRM data.
• Configure criteria, filters, scheduling, and business rules.
• Update email templates and campaign documentation.
• Test campaigns in sandbox and QA before release.
• Diagnose and resolve delivery and personalization issues; escalate when needed.
• Monitor campaign results and assist departments in evaluating effectiveness.
• Perform routine campaign maintenance and archiving of campaigns, templates, audiences, and records.
• Slate CRM Transition Support: inventory campaigns, templates, audiences, and dependencies.
• Translate campaign requirements to Slate CRM; assist with migration and training.
