Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Salesforce CRM & TargetX Specialist to support CRM operations, automate email campaigns, and maintain Salesforce data, reports, and dashboards. You will work hands-on to resolve delivery issues and ensure reliable CRM workflows onsite at Columbia, MD.

Requires 3+ years with Salesforce CRM, TargetX, and TargetX Communication Planner; experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards; HTML/CSS knowledge for email; familiarity with data loaders and CRM integrations;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• 3+ years of experience working with TargetX.
• 3+ years of experience with TargetX Communication Planner.
• 3+ years of experience creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email or drip campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting CRM- and campaign-related issues, including data, audience, configuration, scheduling, and delivery problems.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, renew, and troubleshoot automated email and drip campaigns using TargetX Communication Planner.
• Support Salesforce CRM reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.
• Troubleshoot CRM- and campaign-related issues involving data, audiences, configuration, scheduling, and delivery.
• Support Salesforce and TargetX functionality related to CRM and campaign operations.
• Depending on experience and role needs, support CRM automation, data management, integrations, documentation, end‑user training, and change‑management activities.
