United Global Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce/TargetX CRM & Communications Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce and TargetX environment. The role focuses on automated email drip campaigns for recruitment and engagement, and will assist with transitioning to Slate CRM.

The candidate will work closely with IT and other stakeholders, with 28 hours per week, onsite in Columbia, SC (Mon-Fri, 8 AM–2 PM). Current SC residency required; no relocation or sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM.
• 3+ years of experience with TargetX.
• 3+ years of experience with TargetX Communication Planner.
• 3+ years of experience creating, managing, renewing, and troubleshooting automated email or drip campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, objects, fields, and data.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting CRM- and campaign-related issues.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary functional and technical resource for TargetX Communication Planner and automated drip campaigns.
• Create, configure, schedule, test, deploy, and maintain new automated email campaigns; assist with SMS as needed.
• Plan, renew, revise, add, or retire campaigns based on recruitment needs.
• Build and maintain recipient populations using Salesforce/TargetX data; configure criteria, filters, and scheduling.
• Create and update email templates and campaign documentation; ensure QA before release.
• Troubleshoot delivery, audience, scheduling, personalization, and automation issues; coordinate with IT/vendors for escalation.
• Monitor campaign results and assist departments in evaluating effectiveness.
• Support migration planning from Salesforce/TargetX to Slate CRM during transition.
