Job summary

Sky Zone in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty, coach teammates, and uphold safety and guest experience standards.

Full-time, onsite role offering growth into leadership with a focus on operations, guest engagement, and program sales. Weekend/evening shifts required; compensation starts at $15.50/hr with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and influence others.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Manager on Duty when senior staff aren’t on-site.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Move across programs, café, front desk, and events to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Drive membership and program sales while delivering WOW service.
• Oversee parties, events, and corporate outings to ensure memorable experiences.
• Manage inventory for cafe items and maintain park safety and cleanliness.
