Job summary

Sky Zone in Nampa, ID is hiring a Part-time Team Lead for onsite Operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed, and guiding a shift to deliver a safe, fun guest experience.

We seek a hands-on leader with at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and a readiness to grow. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to move throughout all areas of the park and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, overseeing operations and safety.
• Coach and delegate to team members across departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Drive front desk performance and membership sales while delivering service excellence.
• Oversee events, parties, and cafe operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and park standards.
