AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Buena Park, CA, for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and coordination across customers, sales teams, vendors, factory teams, and management.

The ideal candidate will support quote generation, order processing, RFQ coordination, and project follow-up in a fast-paced manufacturing and operations environment, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and room for career

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask regularly, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions aligned with job responsibilities.
• Professional, resourceful, and mature approach to customer and internal communication.
• Ability to work independently and contribute as a team player.
• Strong project coordination or project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes and process customer orders while entering accurate data into internal software systems.
• Coordinate project details with customers, sales teams, vendors, factory personnel, and managers.
• Support RFQ activity by gathering, organizing, and communicating project information.
• Provide professional customer service through clear, courteous, and timely communication.
• Assist with special projects and administrative support under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.
