Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Order Processing Representative to join a nationwide support team on a 100% onsite setting in Minneapolis. The role targets candidates with 2-3+ years in office, customer service, or administrative roles and focuses on order entry, account maintenance, and day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, managing emails, processing orders, maintaining CRM/ERP data, and supporting product availability inquiries with a collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 2-3+ years in customer service, order processing or administrative roles.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Monitor and manage shared email inboxes.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter, update, and maintain customer information in internal systems.
• Create and maintain customer accounts and update CRM/ERP records.
• Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Route technical inquiries to appropriate teams; handle returns and shipments.
• Perform order audits and ensure daily accuracy; support general admin tasks.
