Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, administrative support, order processing, or a related office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software applications.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other business management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order entry and fulfillment.
• Provide information regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Route technical product inquiries to the appropriate internal team members.
• Create and maintain customer accounts within company systems.
• Update and manage customer records in the CRM platform.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate resolutions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain product and pricing information within the ERP system.
• Review orders to ensure compliance with applicable sales and product requirements.
• Coordinate product returns and assist customers with shipment tracking inquiries.
• Perform daily order reviews and complete end-of-day transaction processing.
• Assist with general office and administrative support activities to maintain an organized work environment.
