Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Client Office, SAP, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process, prepare, and release orders using order tracking and CRM systems.
• Conduct thorough customer order inspections and revise based on requests (tags, quantities, shipping info).
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide updates on order status, shipping dates, prices, and scheduling freight forwarders.
• Confirm orders, update shipping status, and notify customers of backorders or delays.
• Provide initial support by researching and resolving order-related inquiries in systems.
• Generate shipping and export documentation as required.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and distributed on schedule.
• Monitor customer requests and inquiries via communication platforms.
• Generate reports on customer orders and backlog.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure order dates are met.
