Responsibilities

• Process, prepare, and release orders using order tracking and CRM systems.
• Review orders for accuracy: tags, quantities, shipping details.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order status, shipping dates, and freight.
• Confirm orders, update shipping status, inform customers of backorders or delays.
• Research and resolve order inquiries with up-to-date system information.
• Generate shipping and export documents as needed.
• Process invoices and distribute to customers on time.
• Monitor customer requests via communication platforms.
• Generate reports on orders and backlog.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to meet order dates.
