Job summary

Performix in Foxboro, Massachusetts, is seeking a client-focused professional to join our order fulfilment team. The role involves interfacing with customers, coordinating with Manufacturing, Sales, and Field Service, handling inquiries, and processing orders to ensure timely deliveries.

The position is at the client plant, with a long-term contract and six-month renewals, potential conversion to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate activities with client functional areas including Manufacturing, Sales and Field Service.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries accurately and promptly (production updates, delivery, billing).
• Perform order processing and maintenance for both order-based and proposal-based orders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product selection, order placement and delivery schedules.
• Proactively solve customer issues to improve satisfaction and relationships.
• Provide product information, including some technical information when necessary.

• Instrumentation materials are manufactured at this facility.
• Engineering-focused plant/factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate activities with client functional areas including:
