Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited college/university and/or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending or commercial title/abstracting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook, with strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors and jurisdictional agencies.
• Perform searches, document retrieval, document preparation and execution, filings and/or recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
• Assist customers/vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution.
• Explain WKLS service offerings, procedures, processes and delivery options to customers and team members.
• Make timely decisions to meet client expectations and requirements.
• Recommend improvements to customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue, and cost savings.
• Suggest process enhancements to increase team efficiency and overall satisfaction.
• Provide training on products and company databases using a consultative approach.
