Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry (Fulfillment Associate) on site in St. Cloud, MN. You will assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment under supervision and explain service options.

Candidates should have an associates degree or one year of customer service experience, strong data entry and MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $19-$20/hr for an initial 6-month assignment with potential to extend or convert.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, or banking is preferred.
• Strong data entry and MS Office skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal/external customers and/or vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution.
• Understand, demonstrate, and explain service offerings and delivery options to customers and vendors.
• Develop relationships with internal/external customers and vendors.
• Perform searches, document retrieval, and filings at jurisdictional levels.
