Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead high-complexity projects and large product introductions on site. You will guide multi-functional teams, align milestones to customer needs, and manage schedules, quality, time, and cost while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, PMP or equivalent preferred, and 8+ years (or 6+ with a Master’s) of project management or manufacturing oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years with Bachelor’s / 6+ years with Master’s in project management or manufacturing operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic initiatives for large and high complexity projects.
• Provide guidance to multi-functional project teams and other Project Managers.
• Enhance customer relationships and accountability for project schedules, performance, scope, and budget.
