Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead high-complexity cross-company initiatives including Bluefield and Greenfield deployments. You will own planning, execution, and delivery across manufacturing, customers, and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership of multi-functional teams, executive sponsorship, and hands-on ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality with a focus on process automation and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Mansioni

• Onsite at Florence, KY facility to lead day-to-day execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
• Lead complex Bluefield (Brownfield) and Greenfield projects across manufacturing or operations.
• Define and translate requirements into executable plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across Jabil, customers, and external vendors.
• Serve as primary interface with customers, partners, executive sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans including milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
• Align teams to customer and business needs with clear goals and metrics.
• Drive execution to meet scope, schedule, quality, and cost targets.
• Track KPIs, risks, issues, and corrective actions; provide status reporting.
• Coordinate resource capacity planning and support budgets and staffing forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering, automation, and operations to support process setup and line readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
