Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead large, high-complexity initiatives, including Brownfield and Greenfield deployments, with end-to-end accountability across Jabil, customers, and partners. The role is based onsite at our Florence, Kentucky facility and requires coordinating multi-functional teams and ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

PMI PMP certification or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

Work onsite at the Florence, KY facility to support day-to-day execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
Lead complex Bluefield (Brownfield) projects and transition to future Greenfield initiatives.
Ensure project requirements and objectives are clearly defined, aligned, and translated into executable plans.
Build and lead cross-functional teams across Jabil, customer organizations, and external vendors.
Serve as primary interface with customers, third-party partners, executive sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
Develop and manage integrated project plans including milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.
Align teams to customer and business needs by establishing clear goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
Drive execution to meet scope, schedule, quality, and cost targets.
Track and manage project KPIs, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
Provide regular project status reporting including progress, variances, and recovery plans.
Coordinate resource capacity planning and support budget and staffing forecasts.
Partner with engineering, automation, and operations teams to support process setup, line readiness, and automation installation.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, metrics analysis, and best practice sharing.
Demonstrate strong customer focus and effective decision-making in high-pressure environments.
Ensure compliance with Jabil policies, procedures, and security requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
