Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience as an operations manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations to provide safe, reliable transportation for riders.
• Make real-time decisions on fleet, driver supply, and compliance to maintain service quality.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle for drivers: scheduling, PTO, inquiries, performance conversations.
