Job summary

Manpower is seeking an OnSite Manager to oversee fully onsite site operations in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley. You will lead the service team, ensure smooth daily workflows, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client, talent, and internal stakeholders.

You will manage talent engagement, timekeeping, orders, and end-of-day wrap-up while driving KPI performance and adherence to Manpower's service delivery model.

Qualifications

• Industry: 3+ years in Supervising contingent workforce
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Cross-reference talent timesheets and align hours, rates with client requirements
• Process client orders and coordinate talent assignments to meet demand
• Check-in with talent, address concerns, and provide support as needed
• Review performance metrics and provide feedback to ensure excellence
• Wrap up administrative tasks and prepare for the next day
