Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervising contingent workforce.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Onsite management experience in staffing/workforce solutions industry.

Responsibilities

• Cross-referencing talent timesheets to ensure hours, rates and details align with client requirements.
• Processes any additional client orders, ensuring talent is assigned and ready to meet client demands.
• Talent new-hire check-ins, address concerns and offer support where necessary.
• Performance feedback to talent to promote operational excellence.
• End-of-day wrap-up with administrative tasks and prep for the next day.
