Job summary

Ōnin Staffing, Arlington, TX is seeking an Onsite Representative to be the face of the client facility. You will manage daily operations, check-ins, attendance, shift scheduling, onboarding, and training for new hires, ensuring smooth workforce flow.

You will build strong relationships with teammates and client contacts, monitor performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate reporting while upholding safety and client policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or workforce management.
• Familiarity with light industrial sectors (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including employee check-ins, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the client, our branch, and the onsite workforce.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with teammates and client contacts to ensure satisfaction and performance.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and assist with meeting client expectations.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting in line with branch and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and client policies.
