Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervision in manufacturing, a track record of continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with product/service sales teams. Travel nationally up to 10–15% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with automation or tooling preferred.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to improve outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and service delivery with budget and KPI alignment.
• Monitor metrics and report KPI performance; address issues promptly.
