Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a large, multi-layered onsite team in Richmond, CA for a 12-month contract. You will supervise 10–15 supervisors and 100+ operators, ensuring consistent workflows, data collection, and strong operational discipline while interfacing with a key external client.

You will drive KPI performance, coach leaders, and own shift-level results across productivity, quality, safety, and workflow stability.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in structured, process-driven operations.
• 2+ years managing supervisors or managers.
• Proven KPI-driven performance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Experience with HR escalations, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with 10–15 Supervisors and 100+ Operators.
• Interface with external client and represent the operation professionally.
