ITResource Hunter in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to own the execution of high-value AI data projects from requirements through final delivery. You will coordinate with researchers and teams at leading AI labs and manage 1,000+ distributed contributors.

This operations-focused role emphasizes hands-on execution, process optimization, and delivering under demanding timelines while maintaining strong ownership and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, finance, startups, operations, or another high-performance environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, pressure, and multiple priorities.
• Strong customer-facing presence and a high level of ownership.
• Hands-on execution and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of complex, high-value AI data projects from requirements to final delivery.
• Lead multi-stakeholder coordination across researchers and labs.
• Manage 1,000+ distributed contributors and deliver under tight timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Provide clear reporting and proactively resolve operational issues.
