Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in proposals and / or budget management.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate data models, reporting tools, and evidence collection processes to support cost account management, progress‑based payments, and compliance.
• Strengthen data integrity and traceability while consolidating multiple sources to improve accuracy, cycle time, and overall invoicing efficiency.
• Reduce workload for finance, engineering, and operations teams by providing actionable program information and streamlined support mechanisms.
• Lead and manage operations proposal activities—including BOEs, cost/schedule accountability, gate review preparation, and alignment with program strategies.
• Support program execution through work package maintenance (ETCs/EACs), labor charge monitoring, and application of planning disciplines such as master scheduling, demand planning, long‑term planning, router/build analysis, OTD, OBEYA, and SIOP.
