Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Logistics Systems Engineer to join our team onsite in Woburn, MA. You will develop and maintain detailed Logistics Supportability Analyses, provisioning data for parts, and spares analysis for hardware across product lines.

You will collaborate with Chief Engineers and Program Managers to integrate logistics strategies into program objectives, create Basis of Estimates for proposals, and serve as the interface between internal teams and customer leaders to ensure

Qualifications

Requires STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Technical Data Packages such as drawings, parts lists and/or electrical schematics.
Experience using GEIA-STD-0007 and MIL-STD-1388 compliant software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed Logistics Supportability Analyses (LSA), provisioning data for parts, and spares analysis for hardware across product lines.
Apply advanced logistics principles to design and implement complex program-level concepts and execution plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Chief Engineers, Program Directors, and Program Managers, to ensure seamless integration of logistics strategies into overall program objectives.
Create Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support proposal efforts and drive strategic decision-making.
Act as an interface between internal teams, stakeholders, and customer program leaders to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
