Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Associate Director of Data Analytics and Reporting for its Supply Chain Finance team. You will bridge operational and financial analysis, drive budgeting, KPI development, and monthly reporting cadence across the organization.

The role emphasizes executive communication, strong analytics, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 10+ years in finance/supply chain.
• Experience with executive communication.
• Experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Provide budgetary support across Supply Chain functions.
• Lead financial reporting cadence with Raytheon Supply Chain VP and OSCQ Finance leaders.
• Coordinate LRP, AOP, forecast cycles and pool EACs across Finance and OSCQ FP&A.
• Facilitate aggregation and presentation of KPIs for MBR/OMM/SFP cadence.
• Act as a catalyst for data-driven decision making.
• Design cross-functional, results-oriented business processes and lead teams.
