Job summary
Raytheon in Andover, Massachusetts is seeking a Program Operations Manager to lead the Ship System Integration and Sustainment portfolio onsite. You will serve as program focal for manufacturing deliverables across multiple locations and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet schedules.
This role requires a university degree with 12+ years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with manufacturing systems (PRISM, PDM, WAWF, OTDH, Power BI).
Qualifications
- University degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
- Proven experience leading teams across multiple disciplines and functions.
- Experience with manufacturing systems/tools (PRISM, PDM, WAWF, OTDH, Power BI).
- Experience in hardware sale process / DD250 and managing KPIs.
- EVMS certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as program focal for all manufacturing/hardware deliverables across multiple locations.
- Communicate production status, risks, opportunities and initiatives to customers and teams.
- Lead CORE projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Support leadership reviews (Gate, Monthly Operations, Customer, Program).
- Travel between manufacturing sites as required.
