You will lead and develop frontline supervisors, read performance metrics, and drive tangible results across diverse operations, traveling Sunday through Friday as required.

Qualifications

• Frontline leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or similar physical environment.
• Proven ability to coach individuals and groups toward measurable improvements.
• Experience reading KPIs and translating data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Embed on-site with major companies and diverse industries.
• Coach frontline supervisors and managers one-on-one and in workshops.
• Read KPIs and productivity data and convert them into tomorrow's plans.
• Build trust on the shop floor to drive real leadership changes.
