Job summary

DeWolff, Boberg & Associates (DB&A) seeks a Management Consultant, Operations Leadership to embed onsite with major manufacturers and drive frontline performance during 100% travel assignments.

You will coach supervisors, read KPIs, and translate data into actionable plans while building trust on the shop floor to deliver real results across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Current or recent leadership of a frontline team in manufacturing, industrial production, distribution, or another physical operating environment.
• 3 to 5 years of direct people leadership: owning performance, coaching, accountability, and KPIs.
• 7 years or less of total professional experience since completing your bachelor's degree.
• A completed bachelor's degree.
• A path into management earned through promotion from a Supervisor role, or a formal management trainee program.
• Based in the U.S., near a major airport, and ready for 100% travel Sunday through Friday.

Responsibilities
