DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates is seeking a Management Consultant, Operations Leadership to embed onsite with Fortune 1000 clients and coach frontline teams to drive measurable performance improvements. You will analyze KPIs and production data to craft tomorrow's plan and lead workshops that foster real leadership change.

Qualifications

Current or recent leadership of a frontline team in manufacturing, industrial production, distribution, or another physical operating environment.
3 to 5 years of direct people leadership: owning performance, coaching, accountability, and KPIs.
7 years or less of total professional experience since completing your bachelor's degree.
A completed bachelor's degree.
A path into management earned through promotion from a Supervisor role, or a formal management trainee program.
Based in the U.S., near a major airport, and ready for 100% travel Sunday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Embed on-site with major companies, in industries you have never worked in before.
Coach frontline supervisors and managers, one on one and in workshops, until they lead their teams better.
Read KPIs, lost time, and productivity data, and turn it into a plan for tomorrow.
Build the kind of trust on a shop floor that gets people to actually change how they lead.
