Job summary

DeWolff, Boberg & Associates (DB&A) seeks a Management Consultant, Operations Leadership to embed on-site with major companies. This role requires 100% travel Sunday through Friday and a US-based, frontline leadership background.

You will coach supervisors and managers, read KPIs and production data, and translate findings into concrete improvement plans that move the numbers on the floor. A track record of leading manufacturing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a frontline team in manufacturing or similar operation.
• 3–5 years direct people leadership with KPI accountability.
• 7 years or less total professional experience since bachelor’s.
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Promotion-based path into management or formal trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Embed on-site with major companies across various industries.
• Coach frontline supervisors and managers, one-on-one and in workshops.
• Read KPIs and productivity data, and turn it into a plan for tomorrow.
• Build trust on a shop floor to drive leadership changes.
