Job summary

DB&A is seeking a Management Consultant, Operations Leadership to embed on-site with major companies and coach frontline supervisors to lead more effectively.

You will read KPIs, lost time and productivity data, and translate them into actionable plans for tomorrow, building trust on the shop floor to drive real improvements in performance and safety.

Based in the U.S., near a major airport, you must be ready for 100% travel Sunday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Current or recent frontline leadership in manufacturing or similar operating environments.
• 3–5 years of direct people leadership: owning performance, coaching, accountability and KPIs.
• 7 years or less since completing your bachelor's degree.
• Completed bachelor's degree is required.
• Based in the U.S. near a major airport and willing for 100% travel Sunday–Friday.

What You'll Do

• Embed on-site with major companies, in industries you have never worked in before.
• Coach frontline supervisors and managers, one on one and in workshops, until they lead their teams better.
• Read KPIs, lost time, and productivity data, and turn it into a plan for tomorrow.
• Build the kind of trust on a shop floor that gets people to actually change how they lead.

What You Need

• Current or recent leadership of a frontline team in manufacturing, industrial production, distribution, or another physical operating environment.
• 3 to 5 years of direct people leadership: owning performance, coaching, accountability, and KPIs.
• 7 years or less of total professional experience since completing your bachelor's degree.
• A completed bachelor's degree.
• A path into management earned through promotion from a Supervisor role, or a formal management trainee program.
• Based in the U.S., near a major airport, and ready for 100% travel Sunday through Friday.

Compensation And What You Get
