Role involves 100% weekly travel to project locations, delivering value through data-driven analysis and targeted operational improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required and 5+ years of direct supervision/management experience.
• Ability to manage conflict, build consensus and facilitate problem-solving across cross-functional teams.
• Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Service client organizations to solve business issues and improve performance.
• Coach frontline leaders and supervisors to drive behavioral and process improvements.
