Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Tier 2-3 Support Engineer for a contract-to-hire role in Framingham, MA, working fully on-site. You will support daily users, including C-suite, alongside another IT pro and remote helpdesk teams.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, identity, and collaboration tools; you will manage Intune/Autopilot and assist with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on Tier 2/3 IT support or systems support experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; PowerShell a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2-3 support for escalated Microsoft 365, Windows endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues

Our client is seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity based fully onsite in Framingham, MA. This individual will provide technical support to daily users, predominantly C-suite and senior leadership, while working alongside another onsite IT professional and collaborating with remote helpdesk teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2-3 support for escalated Microsoft 365, Windows endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues
• Manage Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, device provisioning, configuration policies, and application deployments
• Troubleshoot and support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Outlook, and Microsoft Entra ID

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on Tier 2/3 IT support, endpoint administration, or systems support experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including troubleshooting authentication, access, and endpoint issues
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph are a plus
