Ledgent Technology is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician II for a major financial services client in the Pacific Northwest. This onsite, full-time role supports 24x7 operations, monitoring enterprise networks, SD-WAN, and related infrastructure across multiple sites to maintain health and availability.

You will triage alerts, escalate incidents per standard procedures, help restore services, and document RCA and post-incident reports.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years in technical operations or NOC environment.
• Hands-on experience with operating systems and server environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of network technologies and infrastructure.
• Experience with Incident Management processes and IT service delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, Exchange, Office, and SharePoint.

Aufgaben

• Monitor enterprise network infrastructure and SD-WAN environments using monitoring tools.
• Perform real-time monitoring, alert analysis, and trend analysis with tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds.
• Triage and diagnose infrastructure and application alerts.
• Escalate incidents per defined Incident Management procedures.
• Assist in restoring services during outages.
• Participate in bridge calls, vendor coordination, and RCAs.
• Generate operational reports and incident documentation.
• Maintain monitoring systems and escalation contacts.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and support teams to resolve incidents.
• Propose process improvements to improve availability.
• Prepare communications for leadership during major incidents.
• Support change management and IT service processes.
• Mentor and train teammates.
• Work in a 24x7x365 environment including rotating shifts.
