Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of basic subnetting.
• Knowledge of OSI Model.
• Positive, motivated learner with strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset focused on reliability and user experience.
• A desire to improve skillset by earning industry certifications (We pay for them!).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a methodical, documentation-first approach.
• Comfortable following standard operating procedures for imaging, deployments, and supporting workflow with suggestions for improvement.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability in resolving issues.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize issues based on severity and SLA impact.

Responsibilities

• Provision new PC's/Tablets/Thin Clients.
• Stage and baseline servers/firewalls/switches and other network equipment.
• Update and verify documentation of hardware configurations.
• Process inventory.
• Handle shipping/receiving.
