Job summary

Zones, LLC seeks an IT Hardware Technician for an onsite Albany, NY assignment. This 3+ month role pays up to $32/hr and runs Mon-Fri, 9-5 ET. You will install hardware, image with SCCM, and configure workstations to support the client IT environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, with 4+ years PC systems experience or an Associates degree. Strong communication and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 4+ years of PC systems experience.
• Experience imaging machines with SCCM.
• Professionalism and teamwork in a client-facing IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy hardware components.
• Install and deploy software applications.
• Image and configure machines using SCCM.
• Structure user workstations and move systems between locations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.
